What is Pacing?
Pacing is a mobile app that combines an AI training plan generator with real-time voice coaching during runs. You set a goal — 5K, 10K, half-marathon, marathon, or general fitness — and the AI builds a structured plan. Voice cues guide you through every interval while your phone stays in your pocket.
How it works
The AI fits a fitness curve to your previous runs, predicts your race times using the Daniels/Gilbert model, and generates workouts tuned to the zones you need. As you log runs, the plan re-paces itself. You can edit every workout, swap sessions, or restructure weeks at any time.
Training methodology
Zone-based training built on Jack Daniels' VDOT framework. Pace targets and heart-rate zones are derived from your current fitness, not a generic plan template. Workouts cover easy runs, threshold, intervals, tempo, long runs, and race-pace simulations.
